1. How long will it takes for me to receive my item?
A: It depends on when the official/ fansite send out the items, but for pre-order items usually takes up to 2-3 months for production and 3-4 weeks for arrival to me.
Please do not place your order if you're in a rush and feel free to dm me @myeonbyul_ on Twitter or Instagram to know the estimate arrival date.
2. What is second payment for?
A: It is for the international shipping fees and local postage.
3. Why do we need second payment?
A: It is because we don't know the actual weight and size of the packaging and item, hence, we aren't sure about the postage and we don't want to overcharged our customers.
4. Can you provide me an estimation on the second payment?
A: Unfortunately, I can't provide an estimation as we want to avoid any misunderstandings.
5. When will I get to know the amount for second payment?
A: You'll know once I've received the items and it's ready to be shipped to you.
